Old Royal Navy Steady Hood & Strike Hawke Cap Badges.

These old military cap badges depicts a bird in front of an anchor and a bird with its wings spread.

Both have sliders with the ‘Steady Hood’ slider being marked with the maker mark ‘J R Gaunt London’.

These old militaria cap badges / badges have arrived with us from a life-time military cap badge collector.

We are new to badges so only have limited knowledge at present.
